He was absolutely amazing from start to finish! 😊 He was so friendly, kind, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience so much less stressful and actually enjoyable. The Brown Honda dealership in Amarillo is amazing. Not only did they make the process of buying a truck easy, they made it fun! It was such a nice change of pace to the dealerships in Lubbock. In Lubbock, the salesman tried to guilt us into financing against what we were wanting to do by telling us "Please, I have a family to feed". So taking our business to Amarillo was the best decision we could have ever made. Chris Pointer took great care of us. He knew what we wanted and was able to draw up all of the paperwork before we got there. What would have taken hours to do, only took us 45 minutes! Then Will Crowe went over the warranty options with us and let us fully decide what we wanted to do, with no pressure and no games being played. If/When we choose to get another vehicle, they will 1000% get our business again!
