I brought my wife's Odyssey van in for service to fix a pressing issue that was draining the battery. Upon approving the repair and picking the vehicle up ($1000 later), the issue was not fixed. Long story short, the service department made things right. I took the van back and they corrected their error (another costly repair). Major thank you to Aaron, and the service manager, in the service department. Having a business myself I understand mistakes are not avoidable. The important thing is how you handle those mistakes. I will definitely be back for service, and will even buy a new Odyssey from here when our current Odyssey gives out!

Subaru Outback - a want for some time - loved the Honda but this came up. David Rosas was great. The process which can be difficult went as smooth as it could possibly could. It can be extremely stressful when getting another vehicle as we all know.
