It was a blessing that I just happened to stumble across the website for Brown Honda, in my month-and-a-half long search for a car to replace our family (of 6) vehicle (which had been totaled in an accident). It was an even bigger blessing that I got to work with David Rosas, as honest and hard-working-for-the-customer as they come. I found a car on their website that I liked. He went out and personally inspected it for me, and read through every detail on the Carfax report, because I was too far way to come in and look at it. We bought a used 2024 passport. Angie and Michael were very responsive to our concerns. Angie called me a few day after the sale to see if we were happy with our new car. We never had that kind of thoughtful service after the sale with any other vehicles we purchased.

This was my first time buying a car and I had lots of questions, I started by calling Brown Honda to inquire about getting a specific car and I was in touch with Brynne Voran. She helped me find the car that I was looking for with the specifications I was wanting. Once she received the car that she wanted me to see she gave me a call and we looked at the car and she explained all the details and cool features of the car. While I didn’t end up liking the first car I did find one on the lot that I loved and Brynne quickly looked up the details to see if the car had everything I wanted. After it did and I decided that was the one she brought me inside and went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. She has also been a tremendous help since having my Honda as well by allowing me to text or call with any questions I may have and she always has the answer or finds it for me! Me and my wife went in to Brown Honda in Amarillo this weekend and the person that helped us find a vehicle was Brynne Voran.
