From the moment we started working with him, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we had the best experience possible. Jose took the time to answer every question we had and was extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he treated us like VIP clients throughout the entire process and made us feel like our needs actually mattered. I’ve dealt with several car salespeople over the years, and Jose is by far one of the best, if not the best I’ve ever worked with. We traveled from Clovis NM to Amarillo and in less than a few hours we purchased our next vehicle. We had been searching for days online for a great deal and we found it here. It was our salesman Ethan that was very responsive to our questions and made it happen quickly. He didn’t give us the run around and this saved our busy family a lot of time. Micheal Grady helped me with my new car purchase. He was super kind and explained everything thoroughly. Even at the end he was super busy with other customers he would still stop and check on us to make sure everything was going good while we waited for the car.

The easiest process with the nicest people. We worked with a Ethan at the beginning. H was informative and not pushy at all. He never made us feel like he was trying to close a deal. My credit isn't the best but they were still able to get me approved quickly without waiting forever. When we moved over to the finance side to sign papers, Will was so informative and told us about all of the things Brown will cover for us over the next few years like oil changes, window replacement and a lot more. We will 100% be back again.

Sales consultant Ethan Morris was super friendly and helpful, everything went easy and quick! Everyone there was super friendly, and helpful from the time I arrived. Roy helped me out while Ethan was on a test drive, and Will from finance was super friendly and quick.

We were traveling from E Texas back home to SW Colorado. After a serious and dangerous night of car trouble on the interstate, we drug suitcases and bags into the dealership looking for help. We received the best customer service we have ever received. Jose Ruiz met us at the door and got us right into the vehicle we were looking for. It didn't take long to establish an out the door price and we then met with Will Clowe in Finance. This is where things got even better. We went over warranties offered by Honda, which are great, but then he started telling us all the additional offerings that Brown Honda extends to their customers. WHAT!?!? Extras for free? I'm not talking about a t-shirt or a key chain. We are talking coverage of things that matter, like windshields, tires, extended warranties, etc. They not only made sure we were all taken care of walking out the door, but made sure we won't worry with a thing for years to come. Seriously have never heard of a dealership with these kind of offerings. I would gladly make the trip to Amarillo for this kind of service again. They turned a nightmare situation into a really great experience. This is the best place to purchase your next vehicle.

Great service

The Brown Honda dealership in Amarillo is amazing. Not only did they make the process of buying a truck easy, they made it fun! It was such a nice change of pace to the dealerships in Lubbock. In Lubbock, the salesman tried to guilt us into financing against what we were wanting to do by telling us "Please, I have a family to feed". So taking our business to Amarillo was the best decision we could have ever made. Chris Pointer took great care of us. He knew what we wanted and was able to draw up all of the paperwork before we got there. What would have taken hours to do, only took us 45 minutes! Then Will Crowe went over the warranty options with us and let us fully decide what we wanted to do, with no pressure and no games being played. If/When we choose to get another vehicle, they will 1000% get our business again!

Lovely staff, we are always well taken care of here. Shout out to Chris Pointer, who sold us the vehicle and to the guys in the service department. Wonderful job!
